At the Market

The market is now closed for the 2011 season. We’ll be back in business the first Saturday in May. In the meantime, a number of our vendors are continuing to sell produce, baked goods, honey, maple syrup, jams and jellies at the Local Bounty store, Route 83, Coshocton -- near Lake Park. Stop in and check it out!

Pumpkin Dip

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin, cooked and puréed
4 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Beat together cream cheese and brown sugar until well blended. Add pumpkin, syrup and cinnamon and beat until smooth. Serve with fruits or cookies such as gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Makes 2 cups dip.
