Rhubarb Custard Pie
Fill 9-inch unbaked crust with chopped rhubarb (2-3 cups).
Beat together:
2 eggs
10 tablespoons water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Pour over rhubarb in crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
